After tallying 102 yards on 21 carries last week, Perkins is expected to start against the Packers. Ultimately, no matter where he starts the game, he seems locked into a role of 15-plus touches (he has hit that mark in three of the last four games), and there's a good chance the G-Men lean on the run game in an attempt to keep Aaron Rodgers off the field, so he represents good value at this price.
